Selection of the Second term of the Indonesian United Cabinet

President Susilo Bambang Yudoyono has been so busy for the last few days, besides preparing himself for his inauguration to be second term of Indonesian President from 2009 up to 2014 on October, he is also preparing his ministries who will help him organizing the governance of theSecond term of the United Indonesia
The ministerial candidates have been called by the president to come to Cikeas, Bogor, West Java to join fit and proper tests. Probably, the selection of the ministers election will be over coinciding with the presidential inauguration tomorrow. The public now keep on watching and hoping who will be the next ministers selected by President Susilo Bambang Yudoyono. On the selection of the ministerial candidates, it is unique and interesting enough and even this is the first time in the Indonesian political history in which the ministerial candidates must be through a test of not only integrity and health, but also psychological and emotional ones. Such a selection is positive compared with previous ones. Indeed, the their integrity and health are enough to enter in the cabinet, but emotional quotient is also very important because it is to know to what extent the ministerial candidates mentality to prepare themselves and face many problems in holding their duties if they are totally becoming ministers. There are many ministerial candidates who are known familiarly , they have been called by the president on the selection term. However, there are also many new ministerial candidates who will be ministers on the United Indonesia. Aside from political figures ,the ministerial selection is also filled by academicians, professionals young figures
There is a potential indication of the selection of ministerial candidates that the president wants to take all elements such as academicians, professionals and politicians. Moreover, the president is supported safely by 76 chairs from 6 supporting coalition parties at the parliament. Being supported by 6 political parties, excludingIndonesian Democratic Party of Struggle ( PDIP ) , Hanura, Gerindra Parties, President Susilo Bambang Yudoyono should be braver and tougher to take positive steps forIndonesian progress in the future. So, he does not need to bring parties' representatives to join his cabinet. In selecting the ministerial candidates , President Yudoyono is expected to choose the right and qualified ministers. If he makes mistake in selecting the ministers the expected target to materialize welfare for people can not be achieved. Even if the president fails to place the exact position for the ministers, it will be a boomerang for the president as a second leader term of Indonesian united cabinet. Consequently, people can demand the government to reshuffle cabinet. If it happens, it will disturb the positive image and cabinet performance in the next five years. Therefore, people expect that the president is wiser and can show to Indonesian people that in deciding his ministers, they are totally right persons and suitable for what people wish.
